The role
As a Business Analyst, you will have a crucial role in connecting IT and the business. Bringing to bear data to evaluate processes, you will identify needs, create comprehensive specifications, and effectively manage expectations. You will collaborate closely with Business Users, Product Owners, and Project Managers to successfully implement solutions that support our ambitious objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborating with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Scheduling and leading meetings with software engineers and technical staff to identify issues and develop flawless solutions.
- Developing user stories, monitoring, and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process to ensure world-class outcomes.
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints to foster a strictly collaborative environment.
- Creating detailed specifications for the Tech team, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Conducting system studies and gap analysis of As-Is systems to determine areas for improvement.

Technical skills:
- Demonstrable experience in writing clear and concise user stories.
- Exceptional decision-making skills.
- In-depth understanding and experience in Scrum and Agile software development setups.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various collaborators such as heads of business units, developers, and the customer experience team.
- Exhibiting a high sense of ownership, demonstrating commitment to our collective success.

Minimum education
