contract Project Manager and Supervisor

Are you a GRP Expert with extensive experience in fiberglass boat repair and ready to join us on a mission? We recruit a team of highly trained experts to handle gel coat and fiberglass repairs on our fleet. This specific project is a 6-month contract, and you will travel with the project team to Belgium, the Netherlands, the North of France and the South of France. Travel and accommodation will be provided.

What you’ll do:

• Repair and finish our fleet at various locations (Belgium, Netherlands, North of France, South of France – travel and accommodation provided)
• Apply the gel coat by hand using a variety of tools, and remove imperfections
• Perform major and minor repairs using gel and fiberglass
• Meet deadlines by working directly with Supervisors and the Project Manager
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality is maintained at all times
• Work in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards
• Carry out hull and superstructure repairs on our fleet

What we are looking for:

• Skills in repairing structural damage on fiberglass boats
• Extensive experience and knowledge in a similar role
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to meet safety standards and work securely
• The work is quite physical; Good physical condition and fitness are required
• Fully eligible to work in the EU (France / Belgium / Netherlands)
