Job Summary
HR isn’t just about policies and payroll (though we’ve got those covered, too). We see HR as the ultimate “product” employees subscribe to, and we’re here to deliver the best experience possible during their time with us. As our HR Generalist, you’ll be doing full-stack HR — tackling the day-to-day essentials while diving deep into talent management and organizational development to help our people grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities
Shape the future of talent management: Build competency frameworks, design role leveling systems, and create growth pathways that give employees clarity and direction.

Reimagine performance and growth: Develop processes that make performance reviews something people actually look forward to (seriously).

Level up our learning & development game: Help design programs, workshops, and resources that unlock potential at every level.

Support compensation strategy: Partner with the team to ensure our comp practices are fair, transparent, and aligned with our growth goals.

Bring fresh ideas to the table: HR is always evolving, and we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to experiment, iterate, and innovate.

What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.

A versatile HR professional with a knack for talent management and development.

Someone who believes HR is a product — and knows how to deliver a stellar “customer” experience.

An innovator who can balance strategy with execution and thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.

A collaborator who loves working with a team but can also run with a project solo.

Bonus points if you’ve built or implemented frameworks for growth, competencies, or performance before.
