We are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator and developer to join our team! Reporting to Melissa Buttrill, you’ll collaborate with our team to develop specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions, keeping the wider organization’s best interests in mind when addressing the specified requirements.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and maintain our Salesforce instance, including but not limited to: security, data quality, system integrations, user management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various partners to find opportunities for optimization and improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce-related questions and issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as database applications are developed or revised.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on an ongoing basis.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, features, and standard processes.
- Address any Salesforce-related issues.
- Collaborating with other teams on coordinated applications such as marketing systems (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot), and other CRM and CMS systems.
- Supporting the Product Owners and Salesforce Developers as needed, being available and adaptable to questions.
- Working inside of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications.
What you’ll bring:
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- 3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience.
- Proficient understanding of standard processes and functionality of Salesforce.com, keeping documentation for all custom development.
- Extensive experience in crafting custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and lightning record pages.
- Experience in setting up user, profiles, permission sets, roles, security, and sharing settings.
- Knowledge in crafting Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flow, and Approval Processes.
- Experience with data migrations and data integrations.
- Experience crafting Reports & Dashboards.
- Familiarity with Lightning Aura Components and Lightning Web Components-related project responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of SFDC standard data structures and familiarity with crafting custom objects.
- Experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
- Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
- Familiarity with SOQL and Apex code.
- Testing and debugging automation, and QA for other team members as needed.
