We help them publish their trip offerings, generate leads and follow through to convert them to bookings, process payments around the world, pay suppliers/vendors, and digitize their operations. This helps multi-day travel organizers get more bookings, save time, and save money.

About the role
This role is all about helping travel organizers bring their trips to life on WeTravel, from creating beautiful trip pages to managing their inventory and suppliers. This impactful domain includes:

1/ Trip Creation:
Dynamic Trip Builder: Develop intuitive tools for organizers to create their trip offerings on WeTravel.
High conversion pages: Help organizers showcase their trips with professional looking, high-converting pages that capture travelers’ imaginations.
Customizable Packages & Options: Enable organizers to build flexible trip packages with personalized options.

2/ Inventory and Cost Management:
Inventory Management: Take our inventory management tools to the next level by allowing organizers to manage a wider range of resources (from hotel rooms to diving equipment).
Package Optimization: Help organizers maximize bookings while preventing overbooking.
Cost Management: Provide organizers with tools to track and manage their cost, ensuring clear visibility into the P&L of each trip.

3/ Supplier management:
Peer-to-Peer Payment Network: Enhance our peer-to-peer payment solution for direct supplier invoicing.
Supplier Network: Develop our Supplier hub for connecting travel organizers with suppliers such as local service providers, and tour operators (companies like Conextur or Experience Morocco).
Integrated Workflows: Embed supplier sourcing directly into the trip creation making it simple for organizers to add suppliers to their packages and itineraries.

We are looking for an experienced, generalist senior product manager (PM) to lead this broad domain end-to-end. You will deeply study travel organizers’ needs, prioritize them, come up with solutions (or hypothesis to test), drive all necessary functions to build and launch the solutions, drive adoption, and ultimately grow our revenue (and profit). In this high-impact and high-visibility role, you will report to our Lead Product Manager and work directly with the executive team on a weekly basis.

About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate would bring a track record of exceptional results and well-rounded product management skill set (especially the ability to break down any problem and drive high-velocity execution). As long as you have the skillset and growth mindset, we’re flexible on the seniority leveling for this role (PM, senior PM, and staff PM) and will provide the right level of autonomy and support. Also, we have a world-class executive team who are dedicated to coaching.
